I missed my flight
If you’re not at the airport yet and can’t get on the flight, call the airline as soon as possible and let them know you won’t be flying.

- Contact the seller, explain your situation and request either a refund or an exchange for an additional fee. You can find the seller’s name in the itinerary receipt (ticket), which was sent to you after booking.
I got ill and can’t fly
