How to Withdraw Cashback After the “My Cashback” Service Suspension

If you have cashback in your profile, you need to withdraw it within 90 days after the service is suspended (i.e. by July 1, 2025). After this date passes, any unclaimed cashback will expire.

If you have pending cashback that doesn’t make it to your account by July 1, just reach out to our support team – we’ll help you sort it out!

What’s cashback?

It’s money that we give back to you when you pay for travel services from our partners. For example, if you book a hotel on Booking.com through your My Cashback account, we’ll refund you 5% of the price. That’s cashback.

Does cashback expire?

Nope, our cashback doesn’t expire and doesn’t turn into a pumpkin at midnight – save it up, withdraw it to your card at any time and spend it on whatever you please.

What is the maximum cashback amount?

The sky’s the limit – the amount simply depends on how many air tickets and travel services you purchase. The more you travel, book and rent, the more cashback you’ll earn.

When will my cashback appear?

Usually a few days after the service is rendered. But to find out for sure, read the conditions on the partner card on the My Cashback home page.

At first, the cashback status will be “Pending” (don’t worry, that means the process is underway), and it can be withdrawn when its status changes to “Completed”.

On the Aviasales page in “My Cashback”.

What happens to my cashback if I cancel my ticket, hotel booking or transfer?

We usually credit cashback a few days or weeks after you use the service. If you don’t use it, the cashback simply won’t reach your piggy bank.

I didn’t get my cashback. What should I do?

Don’t panic. It’s most likely that not enough time has passed yet. You can check the partner card on the homepage to find out what the maximum term is for accruing cashback. Sometimes purchase notifications take from several minutes to several days.

You probably just need to wait a little longer. You may have used the partner’s service directly, and not through Aviasales, or didn’t follow all the rules indicated on the partner card. In this case, you won’t receive cashback.

If you’re sure that you did everything correctly and you still haven’t got your cashback, write to our support and we’ll sort it out.

Does cashback for Genius members from

Yes, your Genius program discounts and our 5% cashback will add up. However, you’ll need to book a hotel from the “My Cashback” section to make that happen.
