Before using Aviasales, please read the Terms of Use. Use of the Service in any way is recognized as acceptance i.e. full and unconditional consent of the User to use the Service on the conditions set forth.
1.1. These terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the terms of use of the Aviasales service, the rights to which are owned by Go Travel Un Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on 18.08.2011, registration certificate No. 1656681, registered office: Room 1504, 15/F, Chinachem Tower, 34-37 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner").
1.2. For the purpose of these Terms, the Aviasales flight metasearch engine (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") refers to the multifunctional software product available at https://www.aviasales.ge and its other domains, designed to provide Users with the following features through the means of its user interface:

In addition to these Terms, the use of some parts and features of the Service may be additionally regulated by special terms and conditions, which are posted on the relevant pages of the user interface in the form of documents, descriptions, instructions. Anything that is not regulated by the relevant special terms and conditions. The use of the Service, including the use of its individual parts and features, shall be governed by these Terms except in the presence of relevant special terms and conditions.
1.4. The User agrees that using the Service and any of its parts or features in any way implies that the User has read the Terms as well as the additional terms and conditions according to clause 1.3 (in case of using the relevant parts or features of the Service subject to such special terms and conditions), and that the User accepts them without reservations. If the User does not accept these terms and conditions, he or she must refrain from using the Service.
1.5. All Terms relating to the use of the Service are subject to the law of the Russian Federation. Any claims or lawsuits arising from these Terms and/or the use of the Service must be filed and considered under the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
1.6. If for any reason one or more provisions of the Terms are held invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms shall not be affected.
1.7. An integral part of the Terms, among other things, is the Agreement on the Processing and Storage of Personal Data.
2.1. The owner of the Metasearch provides the User with a non-transferable right to use the service, free of charge in all countries of the world on the conditions of a simple (non-exclusive) license, for its direct purpose, and solely for the implementation of the features of the Service provided by the Owner and obtaining services from the Owner, available through the Service.
2.2. Interaction with the Service, including User requests for travel-related services, can be carried out exclusively by means of the Service's interface provided to Users via authorized programs and devices.
The tools of the Service enable the User to review third parties' offers for specified destinations (locations) and dates, as well as to receive links to their websites to make bookings. In some cases, the software of the Service can enable the User to fill in the details required for booking air tickets directly on the Service and send it to the third party selling the tickets.
The links provided by the Service to any third-party website, product, service, or any information of commercial or non-commercial nature, including the provision of the Service's features with the purpose of filling in details and sending them to relevant third parties to book their services, is not an promotion or recommendation of these products (services, activities, persons) by the Owner, and is not an advertisement unless stated otherwise.
2.3. The purchase (booking) of air tickets and other travel-related services and their payment is carried out on the sites of the third parties offering them. The User acknowledges the fact that the Owner of the Service:
In any case, if any disputes arise regarding the purchase (booking) of air tickets or other travel-related services, the User agrees to seek their resolution directly with the parties carrying out such services for the User.
2.4. When using the Service, the User is prohibited from:

2.6. After subscribing to the mailing list and before unsubscribing via the methods available on the Service, the User is given the opportunity to receive the following by electronic means:

The User may be given the opportunity to personalize the functionality and interface of the Metasearch for his or her own needs, get access to paid features and products of the Owner and/or partners of the Service. The User agrees that the fact of authorization of the User on the Service and the use of the account assigned to the User is considered the User's consent to the processing of account data for the implementation of the features of the Service provided by the Owner and the provision of the services by the Owner and third parties available through the Service.
2.8. When contacting the customer support service, the User agrees that there are no requirements regarding the speed of response to the request as it depends on the volume of incoming requests. The User is given no guarantees as to the reliability of the information and data provided at any point in time during or following consultations with the support service. Any personal information received from the User in connection with his request can be used by the Owner only in the interest of processing the User's request.
3.1. The Service, its parts and any features are provided on an "as is" basis. The Owner of Service does not give any guarantees regarding the error-free and uninterrupted work of the service, its separate parts, components, features, means or functions, whether the functionality of the Service meets the exact intentions and expectations of the User, does not guarantee reliability, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data provided, and gives no other guarantees other than those directly specified in these Terms, or any other additional terms and conditions.
3.2. The Owner of the Service, subject to the limitations set forth in the law, is not responsible for:
3.3. The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the laws of the country in which it's located, and assumes responsibility for violation of the restrictions on the use of the Service established by national law.
3.4. The User is solely responsible to third parties for their actions related to the use of the Service, including if such actions lead to a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, as well as for compliance with applicable law when using the Service.
3.5. In case of any disputes concerning these Terms, the User is obliged to take measures for pre-trial settlement by sending the corresponding letter to the address of the Owner of the Service, as well as its electronic copy to the address: help@aviasales.com with a clear description of the disputable situation and the circumstances connected with it before addressing judicial bodies for settlement of the dispute. The term for consideration and response to claims is 30 days from the date of its receipt by the Owner of the Service.
4.1. Intellectual property rights, including the results of intellectual activity included in and/or used by the Service, such as texts, images, designs, other content, databases, know-how, trademarks, trade names, and other means of identification, etc., as well as domain names are owned by the Owner of the Service and third party rightsholders, and are licensed to the Owner or displayed by the Owner on behalf of the rightsholders.
4.2. Items of intellectual property, the exclusive rights to which do not belong to the Owner of the Service, are posted by the Owner solely for the purpose of informing users about particular airlines, agencies, reservation systems, and other third parties, information about the services of which is available on the Service.
4.3. The use of intellectual property mentioned in paragraph 4.1. is possible only within the features offered by the Service. The User agrees that the use of the Service does not grant him or her any rights in relation to the specified items of intellectual property, except for rights expressly specified in the Terms or any additional terms and conditions.
5.1. The Owner of the Service has the right to change these Terms unilaterally at any time and without prior notice. Notification to the User of changes to the Terms and their current version is published on the page: https://aviasales.ge/terms-of-use.
5.2. Changes in the Terms come into force from the date of their publication, unless otherwise stipulated in the relevant publication.
