I need to change my departure date. What should I do?

Whether or not you can exchange your ticket depends on your ticket fare and the rules of the airline. Some fares allow exchanges free of charge or for an additional fee, while others prohibit exchanges altogether.
If your flight is canceled, the seller may refund you with a voucher to use for future flights. To find out your conditions and exchange your ticket, you’ll need to contact the seller. You can find the seller’s name on the ticket.

I missed my flight and want a new ticket

  1. Find the airline representatives and ask them what to do in your situation.
  2. Contact the seller, explain your situation and request either a refund or an exchange for an additional fee. You can find the seller's name in the itinerary receipt (ticket), which was sent to you after booking.
